By order of the Munich Local Court (Amtsgericht München) dated 24 April 2026, our partner, lawyer Thomas Klöckner, was appointed preliminary insolvency administrator over the assets of 4tiitoo GmbH.

4tiitoo GmbH is a technology company founded in December 2013 and based in Munich. Under the “NUIA” brand, the company develops innovative enterprise software for AI-supported gaze and voice control of computers. The technology opens up a wide range of applications, particularly in the areas of digitalisation, efficient human-computer interaction and accessible IT solutions.

Thomas Klöckner is continuing business operations in close and constructive cooperation with the management and together with his colleague Barbara von Bullion. The aim is to make targeted use of the company's existing strengths, to consistently continue ongoing projects and to develop viable prospects for the future.

At the same time, options for further financing and for bringing in strategic partners or investors are being examined and pursued. Given the company's technological substance, its existing know-how and the market opportunities available, there are good prospects of achieving a sustainable solution for the company.
