- Clarification and establishment of your ownership of the containers vis-à-vis the (preliminary) insolvency administrators of the companies. This includes, in particular, the enforcement of rights to information.
- Do you have outstanding claims arising from the rental or sale of the containers? We will pursue your claims.
- We handle communication to and from the insolvency administrator.
- We ensure that the insolvency proceedings are conducted in a sensible and effective manner. As representatives of many investors, we are able to exert influence on the proceedings.

The Munich I public prosecutor's office has opened investigations against former and current managing directors of P&R on suspicion of fraud.
