What your role involves:
- Preparing insolvency law opinions, reports and insolvency plans
- Steuerung und Organisation von Unternehmensfortführungen und Eigenverwaltungsverfahren unterschiedlicher Größen und Branchen
- Conducting negotiations with creditors, banks and all other stakeholders
- Working as part of a team with lawyers and management consultants
- Supporting the Partners in the further development of the firm and its strategic positioning in the market
