What you bring:

  • You already have some experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

What you will do:

  • Working in the legal department and supporting our lawyers.
  • Helping to prepare case facts, identify general and insolvency-specific claims, and enforce claims both out of court and in court.
  • Researching economic and legal topics.
  • Drafting checklists and recommendations for action.
  • Maintaining and analysing databases, overviews and templates.

  • Thorough onboarding and in-depth training in various areas of civil law, civil procedure, insolvency law and company law.
  • Active involvement in the day-to-day client work of the legal department of an insolvency administration firm; optionally, attending client meetings and court hearings.
  • Insights into the various areas of restructuring and insolvency advice as well as insolvency administration.

Working hours:

  • Flexible working hours Monday to Friday (1–2 days a week; more during the semester break)
