Munich, 19.12.2025 – By order of the Memmingen Local Court (Amtsgericht Memmingen) dated 18.12.2025, preliminary insolvency administration was ordered for Lacher Druck GmbH & Co. KG. As preliminary insolvency administrator, Mr Stefan Strüwind, lawyer, has been appointed and will be assisted in this work by Mr Philipp Kugler, lawyer, accordingly.

Lacher Druck GmbH & Co. KG is a traditional printing company based in Memmingen that has been active in the market for around 50 years. Over the decades, the business has earned a firm place in the region through craftsmanship, reliability and closeness to its customers.

The current five employees are to be retained by the company in future. In close consultation with the management, the aim now is to implement a restructuring of the company. This is intended to secure the continued existence of this long-established business and to create a stable economic future for Lacher Druck GmbH & Co. KG.
