With Stefan Dillerup, we are gaining an experienced restructuring expert as a new Partner and are systematically expanding our expertise in self-administration (debtor-in-possession) and business restructuring advisory.

Our aim at LECON is to provide holistic support to companies in crisis and special situations. This requires not only legal expertise but also a deep understanding of business models and economic options for action.

We closely combine these different perspectives. And with Stefan Dillerup, we are now specifically strengthening the business side. In particular, he will further develop our self-administration practice and expand our range of services in classic restructuring advisory and in distressed M&A.

LECON is also further expanding its presence in Frankfurt and thus in one of Germany's most important business and financial regions. The firm has been represented in the region since 2020 by insolvency administrator Stefan Strüwind and is now being further strengthened in terms of both personnel and expertise – in insolvency administration with Marco Kämpfer since July 2026. With Stefan Dillerup, business restructuring expertise is now added as well.
