Insolvency administration with foresight
As an experienced team at LECON we see insolvency administration not merely as a legal task, but as a responsible entrepreneurial challenge. Our aim is to create stability, preserve value and develop prospects in economically difficult situations – for companies, creditors and employees alike.
Taking responsibility – securing structures
Insolvency administration is a central instrument of German insolvency law. On the basis of the provisions of the German Insolvency Code (InsO), as insolvency administrators we take over the management and safeguarding of a company. Transparency, legal certainty and economic good sense are at the heart of what we do.
Our goal is to analyse existing structures carefully, identify potential and develop viable solutions. Every insolvency is different – which is why we rely on individual strategies rather than standard solutions.
Restructure, reorganise, continue
In many cases, insolvency proceedings offer the chance of an economic fresh start. We examine carefully whether a restructuring is possible, support investor processes and develop robust going-concern concepts. Where continuation is not feasible, we ensure an orderly wind-down with maximum transparency and the best possible satisfaction of creditors.
Our way of working is characterised by:
- Clear communication with all parties to the proceedings
- Structured analysis of key business figures
- Rapid decision-making in critical phases
- Reliable cooperation with courts and institutions
Trust through expertise and experience
LECON stands for professional depth and entrepreneurial thinking. We combine legal expertise with business know-how and many years of practical experience. Our interdisciplinary approach enables us to grasp complex matters holistically and resolve them sustainably.
In doing so, we always act independently, neutrally and in the interests of the creditors as a whole – with the clear aim of securing value and preserving economic substance.
