The restructuring of NTC – Systems GmbH has been successfully completed. By order of the Augsburg Local Court dated 20.01.2026, the proceedings were discontinued under § 212 InsO after almost 3 ½ years of continued business operations, owing to the absence of grounds for opening. In the course of the insolvency proceedings, the company was restructured on a sustainable basis and made fit for the future through the consistent continuation of its business operations.

The company's business is consulting on and introducing processes relating to functional safety, and developing electronic systems in accordance with functional safety requirements.

It is particularly worth highlighting that, ultimately, full satisfaction of the creditors was achieved. This impressively underlines that insolvency proceedings can serve as an effective instrument for stabilising companies and securing them in the long term.

The restructuring process was carefully prepared and professionally implemented. Our Partner Stefan Strüwind closely supported the proceedings as insolvency administrator. The constructive and trusting cooperation of all parties involved and their dedicated commitment throughout the proceedings contributed significantly to the successful outcome.
