Munich, 19.02.2026 – Creditors' meeting in the insolvency proceedings of Munich Facility & Service Crew UG approves restructuring by way of a business transfer.

Following the opening of insolvency proceedings over the assets of Munich Facility & Service Crew UG on 01.11.2025, the business operations of the insolvent company were continued by insolvency administrator Thomas Klöckner and his colleague Philipp Kugler with the aim of preserving the business.

In December 2025, the business operations were successfully transferred to a successor company by way of an asset deal. The creditors' meeting has now approved the restructuring and transfer concept. This secures the future of the company and its security services on a sustainable basis and creates viable prospects for the approximately 40 employees and the clients.
