Memmingen, 10.03.2026 – In the insolvency proceedings over the assets of Lacher Druck GmbH & Co. KG, the restructuring of the company by way of a transfer of its business (übertragende Sanierung) has been successfully completed. The long-established printing business based in Memmingen was sold as part of a structured investor process and will continue to operate in future.

This has created a sustainable future for the company, which has existed for around 50 years. It is particularly gratifying that all employees remain employed in the business and that their jobs have been preserved.

As a result of the acquisition, the company can continue its activities in Memmingen and remain a reliable partner for customers in the region.

The insolvency administrator, lawyer Stefan Strüwind, was supported in the sale process by lawyer Philipp Kugler and Raab & Kollegen. Both supported the negotiations with the acquirer and the implementation of the going-concern solution.
