Munich, 05.11.2025 – By order of the Munich Local Court (Amtsgericht München) dated 24.10.2025, Grid Parity AG next generation photovoltaic was placed under preliminary insolvency administration. Mr Stefan Strüwind, lawyer, was appointed preliminary insolvency administrator and will be assisted in this capacity by Mr Philipp Kugler, lawyer, in this role.

Grid Parity AG combines high-quality module technology with innovative applications – especially where photovoltaics are not only meant to generate electricity but must be integrated aesthetically and functionally into buildings, usable areas or landscapes. At the same time, it strives to make PV so competitive that it makes economic sense without massive subsidies.

The eleven employees of Grid Parity AG are to be retained by the business in future. In close cooperation with the management board of Grid Parity AG, the preliminary insolvency administrator is now seeking to restructure the company in order to secure the continued existence and a stable future of the business.
