Munich, 01.10.2025 – By order of the Landshut Local Court (Amtsgericht Landshut) dated 26.09.2025, Munich Facility & Service Crew UG was placed under preliminary insolvency administration. Mr Thomas Klöckner, lawyer, was appointed preliminary insolvency administrator and will be assisted in this capacity by Mr Philipp Kugler, lawyer, in this role.

Munich Facility & Service Crew UG provides security services in the Greater Munich area. The company is continuing its business operations for the time being and is working intensively on its restructuring. The aim is to secure stability, preserve existing jobs and create long-term prospects for the approximately 50 employees and business partners.
